Tucker’s attorneys strongly denied the allegations, stating that he has never behaved inappropriately during a massage. They also disputed the claims that he was banned from any spas, providing evidence that he continued to visit Studio 921 after the alleged incidents. Tucker released a statement on social media, saying, “It is devastating for me to learn that anyone would feel I was offensive in any way.”
The NFL and the Ravens organization have said they are taking the allegations seriously and will monitor the situation. The NFL’s personal conduct policy prohibits behavior that undermines the integrity of the league, and violations can lead to suspensions or fines. However, legal experts say it may be difficult to prove the allegations in court due to the amount of time that has passed and the lack of physical evidence.
